I will start by saying that it looks like a nice facility and the rooms are nice. Some of the people are nice. But that's where it stops. My dad has been in this facility for 3 weeks and we have had issues with the food and the staff. The kitchen staff like to make fun of the patients when they think they aren't paying attention. Why ask what what the patient wants to eat if you aren't going to serve them that? My dad shouldn't have to hunt down the nurse for meds. And when he does, he comes in like the Energizer bunny and barely has time for the patient. This place is definitely not looking out for the patients, just their bottom line and what they can get away with. We've never gotten any tests results back, even when we've asked. I can't wait to get my dad out of here in a few days.

I had a rough start because I had a knee replacement surgery and in pain. But this place is wonderful. I am treated so wonderfully and everyone has been so supportive and kind and caring for me. I will go back to this facility in the future if needed. It is so clean and beautiful.

The people are really nice and the facility is clean. They called an ambulance for Mom this morning as she was needing Medical attention. I totally get that they probably needed to release her room, but no one called to tell me. No courtesy call to ask if I wanted to come pick up my Mom's personal belongings. I went to get her hearing aid charger this evening and her room was completely cleared out. They had thrown all Mom's things into a large clear bag and placed in storage. Common courtesy would dictate a phone call to ask if I would like to come get her stuff. I felt this was very unprofessional, and if she has to go back to a rehab, it will not be this one.

I wouldn't send my dog there. There was a select few CNA's that was good. But the night staff...ooh that night shift.... I would give this place a lower rate but can't just off the night shift. The nurse was horrible. Meds wasn't given correctly This place need up to date training on everything patient interacting, care, meds, etc. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Worst experience my wife and i ever had with health care professionals in 77 years of living and traveling extensively (many doctors, many facilities)! It is our opinion and observation that there is nothing professional about this place! It was so bad my wife called me to come get her at 5:30 in the morning crying about uncleanliness (documented with photos) and the lack of care over several days! We signed an ‘Against Medical Advise’ and wheeled her out of there as fast as we could! The head nurse was extremely rude and condescending during the AMA signing and our leaving! Never even received a call from their management to inquire about our negative experience! Consider legal action but didn’t want to go through the emotional stress!
