I am the adult daughter who lives locally and is making arrangements for my 82 year old mother to move to Azalea Trace. My mom lives in South Florida and will be relocating to Pensacola to be near me and my husband. I have been working with Nicole Nelson, Life Care Specialist, who is absolutely wonderful! You can tell that she loves her job and is a joy to talk with and meet with. Nicole has helped us with touring the facility, choosing the right floor plan and location, getting all paperwork handled, etc. Nicole's vibrant and positive personality exemplifies how Azalea Trace provides a welcoming atmosphere for all. I know that this CCRC will be a great new home for my mother and our family. After we secured a unit in the midrise, I began working with Tuesday Broxon, the move-in coordinator, who is extremely talented and personable.Tuesday has also been wonderful to work with and has a great positive approach to everything and very creative ideas for selecting finishes and customizing my mom's new space to meet her needs and preferences. Tuesday is a talented artist and always smiling. Both Nicole and Tuesday are tremendous assets to the Azalea Trace community. You can always count on them to provide outstanding service and I find them to be consistently caring, upbeat, and collaborative. They are also patient and a great team. They work tirelessly to help future residents (and their families) transition as easily and as seamlessly as possible to a new life. Nicole and Tuesday know everyone by name and genuinely offer amazing educational programming and support for prospective and new residents We are extremely to grateful for their personal attention, and I look forward to continuing to see Nicole and Tuesday at Azalea Trace after my mother moves in. Thank you!

Here since just before COVID arrived, my husband declared this “home” the very first night. We love being part of a community of fascinating people in a place with more to do than we can participate in. Residents and staff work well together to address needs and to find new opportunities to enjoy life together and support each other. We appreciate the service and friendships and feel our future is secure.

We are relatively new residents at Azalea Trace and are so happy with our choice to make this our "forever home." We got exactly the apartment location we wanted with a great view of the courtyard area. We LOVE all the walking trails in the area and being able to use our kayak in the nearby streams. Downtown Pensacola is full of life and activity and such fun to visit. The pool aerobics and other fitness programs are top notch with excellent, creative exercise staff. Eating in the dining room every day is like going to a five star restaurant with so many choices for the menu. The machine shop is the BEST and HUGE!! I could add so much more but I'll stop here.

We recently had the opportunity to stay with friends at Azalea Trace. The facilities are outstanding and the setting is fantastic with lots of walking trails. We particularly enjoyed our meals in the dining room. Though we didn’t use them, the hobby and craft facilities are like no other.

And a fabulous selection of entrees. Browns are kept neat and nice and she feels very secure they have adequate security. And many amenities including archery indoor swimming yoga and more.
