My brother was a veteran resident here, (many veterans living here.) He got sick and needed an elbow walker. The large tall woman with glasses at the front desk wanted him to feel better so she always took him shopping with his allowance. ( The one always making weekly trips to the V A.)Then he got sicker, she insisted on taking him shopping when he could no longer stand up, by now he was in a wheel chair. After he passed away at Olive Branch, I was told I could go there to retrieve a few of his things in remembrance of him. You'd think He would have a room full things after more than two years of shopping and living there. (Take photos, you will always have the dates.) I brought home two torn up jackets that smelled so bad I had to throw them away. I took a military patch and a very small back pack. Another woman who worked there also went through the clothes with me. "They must belong to his roommate," she said. Although there were no beds left in the room. The other clothes were XXL and my brother barely wore a large. This is an example of their "Assisted" Living and its lack of morals. #Veteran

My father has been living there for over a year. The staff has always been friendly and very attentive to his needs. The whole place is always clean and they are always improving the facility. The dining room offers a variety of options. They go out of there way to support our nation's veterans. They help with doctors appointment and transportation to and from the VA. This is just what we need to support his healthcare needs. I couldn't ask for anything more. We knew from the first day. This was the place for us!!

After spending 6 months trying to find a decent place for my mom, I came across Olive Branch. As soon as I met everyone there and toured the place I knew this would be a great place for my mom. She spent almost 2 years there and loved it. She made friends, loved the food and the activities. The staff truly cares about the residents. When my mom had a medical issue, they called me ASAP and gave me updates as to her condition and what was going on. The biggest issue for us was our budget per month and Olive Branch made it very affordable for us. It truly is a great place and the people there are awesome.

My Great Aunt lives here and when I went to visit her for her 90th birthday the staff was pleasant and helpful! I saw the list of activities available to the residents and it seems they have much to choose from to keep them engaged. She has a lovely private room with a big sliding glass door to let in lots of light.
