Not impressed with the care my mom is receiving. She has one great nurse, Matt. But everything else about her care has been pathetic. She cannot eat on her own, yet they keep delivering her food and nobody helps her eat. When we come to visit, her food is still sitting on her table untouched. She also requested they take her to the cafeteria to eat so she doesn’t have to eat alone in her room, but they keep bringing her food to her room. When she calls for assistance using the bathroom, they give her the option to just go in her pants. She already has bed sores, so that shouldn’t be an option. Very frustrating experience so far.

My husband was admitted yesterday. His complaints so far are uncomfortable recliner and bed. He's vegetarian, menu is not vegetarian friendly. One vegetarian entree, grilled cheese sandwich. Tough and cold. Very limited menu and food is subpar. Food is not served hot.
