2nd time attendee for medical rehab. Clean, friendly, and caring. The selling point is the incredible therapy department who treat each person as though they are family while ensuring maximum results in a supportive setting.

Ok so I came here to do volunteer hours, it seems like a nice place. It’s very clean and nothing to really complain about. But, it was my first time and all the workers in the building were rude and seemed to not care at all. I asked where a room was and I was told “I don’t know” and it was in a cocky way. Im confused because how do you work here and not know the room number I asked for? Some other workers there ignored me and mind you, I’m still very young and I was treated like I did not belong. I also witnessed something very sad to my eyes, a lady in a wheelchair was trying to get through the door and I saw a nurse glare at her and walked away as if it was normal to ignore that poor woman. And I had to go do it myself while it was my first time, and plus I'm a minor? I am actually irritated over this and hope something gets fixed. Thank you.

Hey, y'all! I just have to tell you about this amazing place Old Jefferson Community Care Center. Let me tell you, from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was stepping into a warm hug. The staff? Phenomenal. I'm talking about EVERYONE‼️ They greet you with genuine smiles and make you feel so welcomed, like you're part of their family. And the facility itself? Gorgeous. Honestly, it gives off serious hotel vibes. There are so many cozy areas to just sit, watch TV, or read a book. And can we talk about the smell? It smells amazing when you walk in. If you know, you know, this place smells great, and trust me, it matters. Lol! One of my favorite features has to be the beautiful mini lake with fountains. It's such a serene spot to take your loved one for a walk, watch the ducks, and just enjoy some quality time outdoors. The patio areas are perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery. Old Jefferson really goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and cared for. They have this incredible attention to detail like a snack basket at the front desk for visitors. They really thought of everything. Plus, the communication is top-notch. Even after my loved one left the facility, someone called to check on her. How sweet is that? I highly, highly recommend this place. If you're looking for a community that treats your family like their own, this is it. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I visited this facility unannounced looking for placement for my father. The building was filthy and smelled stink of urine. I noticed a patient sitting in a wheelchair with urine dripping on the floor underneath. I spoke to the administrator Jan, she didn't make eye contact. Don't bring your love ones here. Do better!

I give this place a zero! The aids all stand in the hall on their phones not checking on the residents. One weekend we saw a lady sleeping at the desk. The nurses are not attentive. We found mom unresponsive and the aid said she was just sleeping. They finally called and ambulance and the next day she died. The place stinks, and they don't clean good at all. They should be shut down. Please don't take your loved one there.
