Home health agencies that we have used in the past were all good but Ochsner Home Health is excellent. Their professionalism & their concern for my mom was above & beyond.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any medical service. The first person came out with the tennis skirt and sneakers, very unprofessional. This second person in the nurse came out and said that I refuse to give her my discharge information which she had from the beginning, so there’s a lack of integrity as well as horrible care. I would find another facility other than this facility no matter what And as you see my review is not an anomaly.

I have had years of ohh every experience has been pleasant , my nurse for my area Toni thru the years starting in 2020 has been nothing but professional. Recently I was released on a Friday from a skilled nursing facility. The discharge on a Friday was so unprofessional orders for every aspect was not given. If it wasnt for ohh , Connie was lead nurse( supervisor on call) that weekend, nothing would have been done . She worked all weekend on my case and into the week to make sure I was made whole.. I cannot thank Connie enough for what she did for me and ohh for the continued service.

My mother has had OHH for the last 6 months and its been nothing but trouble from the start. No one came to see her for 3 weeks, her wound care has been hit or miss, they didn't have the proper supplies for her wound and then when they ordered it it was ridiculously expensive. Multiple calls and aggravations later she fired them and got another company. I don't recommend OHH for any senior citizen.

Ochsner Home Health should be ashamed of themselves. Their prices are practically highway robbery. Don’t buy from them. Check online and you will save 75%.
