The Nurse an Dr here are the best The problem is that they don’t have enough beds in the Hospital to move patients to after you get admitted in. We have been in the ER room for two days now waiting for a room. My 92 year old father has had no food an drink for two days we had to go him something they keep saying it’s coming but it never gets here. Somebody please get this poor staff some support

Very disappointing experience in the emergency room. My middle-aged mother came in with severe pain in her shoulders and throughout her back, but instead of being treated professionally, she was dismissed. One nurse even said, “We all have back pain,” which was extremely unprofessional and insensitive. The doctors’ bedside manner was also lacking, making us feel like my mother’s condition wasn’t being taken seriously. We ended up leaving and going to another ER because we no longer felt confident she would receive the care she needed, even though doing so meant delaying treatment and risking her health. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, empathy, and professionalism, especially in the ER.

They rush you out the emergency room after youve waited hours to know whats going on with your body. The nurses were great thats the only reason for two stars. but the doctors are unfriendly, not concerned, and rushing. My doctor didnt even sit down to talk to me. Thats how they treat you at this hospital! I WILL NEVER COME BACK.. to NOEH I will remain!

My experience at EJGH was excellent!! Everyone was nice from entering the registration area on down to endoscopy area. Greeted by all I came in contact with everyone’s disposition was happy and friendly. This was my first procedure with anesthesia and the registration clerk gave me words of encouragement that put me at easy. My team of providers all were nice and put me at ease making my visit excellent and not just me my sister whom was with me even commented on how nice everyone even the doctor whom she’s never met acknowledged her upon entering the room. This was a wonderful experience!!

I went to EJGH with a very bad case of pneumonia. I was then put in ICU for a few days and then transferred to accurate care. The level of care I received from doctors, nurses and support people was great. The hospital personnel really cared about me and they kept me informed on all procedures that they did through the day and night. I was in the hospital for eight days and got the level care that was top notch and would highly recommend EJGH. No complaints but l hope l don't have to go back for a long time. Thanks EJGH.
