If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. Terrible service. Waiting for equipment from this provider the hospital uses . No-show, no call. When I call the main number, hung up on me after 20-minute hold.

This is by far the worse equipment provider/service company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself weeks of aggravation, they don't return your call, if they recognize your number they just pass you from one department to another until someone just hangs up on you, SEVERAL TIMES. THINK AGAIN BEFORE SIGNING ON WITH THEM. My friend who is bedridden can not get her motorized chair returned for THREE WEEKS ALREADY and no one returns her call. I was hung up on and I was kind and patient. BEWARE!

i wish i can them a zero. mom got discharged from the hospital. equipments was.not set property. i had to do it myself . i called and they took their time to call back. person on the phone didn't know what she was talking about. mom has trach and no section kits was there to suction her. how scary was that? i had to ask someone i know to let me have some suction kits. life and death situation.

The WORST customer service!!! Waited 4mths to get a wheelchair, had billing issues I PERSONALLY had to fix that NEVER AGAIN!!

Waited 10 months for a Quikee Pulse 6 MP power wheelchair through Medicare, these clowns 1st lost the order, then forgot paperwork that needed to sent in, then parts were missing , then finally when the chair arrives it's a total piece of poop, if you or a family member need any medical supplies get them from anywhere else than hear they can mess up a bowl of soup and to do this stuff to someone who depends for a wheelchair to be able to move about is inexcusable.
