Very nice facility. I visited my daughter and was satisfied and pleased to see that she is well cared for. The entire staff was friendly and customer oriented. They have the patient's care and we'll being in high regard. The facility is very clean and the security is top notch. Outstanding operation.

Beginning with the person that let me in the doors, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Angel, Shay and Jay were very upbeat and it was a pleasure meeting them. It is apparent that they know what they are doing and enjoy talking with the patients! Quinn, the social worker, whom I had spoken to in the phone and then visited with today was very professional and helpful. Barbara, the Unit Secretary was very nice and thorough and came to the room to give us an update before discharge. Lastly, the patient, my Father said everyone was very nice to him and the food was delicious! Thank you for doing your job with a smile on your faces!

Update 3/2026: Nothing has changed at this place other than the name. It's dirty & having issues with rodents. So bad that he can no longer have a comfortable chair because they were living in it. There's been rodent feces on the wall, floor & behind the bed. They don't seem to be doing much to fix the situation, other than these little boxes that have something to poison them. I'll refrain from posting the disgusting pictures at this time but I would not recommend this place. 2023-2024: My father has been in this place for 5 years & it's horrible. Some of the staff are nice & helpful. Others are lazy & rude. My biggest complaint is that things stop working in a room & it takes months to get fixed. My dad's light bulb burnt out & it took them 3 months to fix it. The review that shows pictures of rooms is wrong. The rooms have never been that big or clean. My dad has been in numerous rooms & they are all runned down. We had to provide the tv, cell phone & comfortable chair. They're painting but that's it. They're small dingy rooms. If I had control my father would not be here. I wouldn't recommend this place. 2025: It's a year later & my father is still here. It's now Ocean Grove, they've changed the name but have done little more. I've noticed the painting of the building on the outside is black but it's not been completed & looks horrible. And why paint bricks black? I still would not recommend this place. While some of the nurses & people are great. This place is lacking alot. The place has repainted & it looks much better than the pictures now. It's no longer black, it's a cream color much more pleasant. I didn't get picture but I will & submit them. So the outside looks nice. I hope they work on the inside look. As well as some of the staff. I'm there often & they need more help.

The employees of Ocean Grove are so kind. My car broke down in front of this facility and the employees came out to see if I wanted to come inside to get out of the cold. They then checked on me again while I was waiting for the tow truck and the employees came out again and brought me a lunch bag with snacks and water. I was so impressed with their concern and care. I can only be grateful for these caring and kind people.

My family member had an excellent experience here. Front desk staff is caring and welcoming. The Business Office Manager Ann, was very helpful and helped answer questions regarding coverage with insurance. They recently renovated, and it looks really nice. The modern, updated, and clean look makes the experience more enjoyable. Would highly recommend 10/10!!!
