Quiet community with a lot of organized recreational events. Caveat, need permission from Executive board who are out of touch and not in the 21st century with home projects. Ridiculous. Other states started dissolving community boards due to breaching Constitutional Rights.

TIRED OF BEING TAILGATED IN MY OWN COMMUNITY AND BY THE WAY THE SPEED LIMIT IS 22 NOT ALL RULES APPLY TO ALL HOMEOWNERS TIME TO ENFORCE EXISTING RULES ALSO TIRED OF PEOPLE WALKING THEIR DOGS ON MY LAWN

I love LNS! Beautiful grounds and are always kept nice and clean. Everyone is friendly and waves at me. I love going to visit my family that live there!
