My husband was at Oakwood for Therapy when he came in he was not thriving and very week. The Social Services department explained to me anout his stay and how it normally works. Within the first week Insurance was wanting him to go home. He was unable to do so to weak and just not able walk with out assistance. Traci and alisha helped me with the appeal process snd told me how to do it. I won seven appeals and this allowed Mark to get better and stronger so ge can walk with one assist and hebis oreparing for discharge home. The staff at Oakwood are great and they kept me updated on his progress. If he would have not had this stay and the care he would not be able yo vome home. I would recommend Oakwood to anyone that needs this treatment.

Thank you to everyone at Oakwood, and I mean everyone. The care and support you gave to my father will never be forgotten. My father being a Korean war veteran was a hard headed kind of guy, but the wonderful people at Oakwood made him feel loved and cared for, and melted that hard exterior. Thank you all so very much!!
