We had a family member in the rehab portion of OakView. The nursing, PT, OT other staff were excellent. The place is clean, up to date, and meals were good. We would recommend OakView to anyone needing rehabilitative care.

If I were you, go ahead and put your loved one in a different home! My experience when I first came in.. a bigger boned cna was walking with a resident and when the resident asked to sit, the cna was rude and rolling her eyes. & then Everytime the older lady would even speak the worker sat there rolling her eyes and acted like she didn’t even want to be there! Not how I’d want my loved one to be treated! Nursing home smelled like pee as you walked in the front door also! Staff there are just rude.. Your loved one deserves better 💚 I will be contacting state! & will continue to contact state . & be in touch’s with lawyers.

Little things mean a lot. Being greeted by the administrator upon entering the building for the first time. Pt and Ot helping mom out of the car. Even the maintenance director offering to help move items into mom's beautiful room. The D.O.N. taking the time to visit with both mom and I, always with dignity and respect. Obviously these are just first impressions and I will update my review as needed. The building is spacious and well maintained. Lots of natural light make it feel open and welcoming. Mom's room was clean and bright with a large window offering a view of well maintained grounds. Wall mounted TV with laminated station guide. Clean, newer furniture and wardrobe. I hope she's not out of her home long, but if the care provided is anything like my first impression, her stay will be great. 2 week update: My mother's room remains clean and well maintained. With every visit we are greeted and welcomed. Windows open to allow for fresh air. I sampled the food and was pleased that it was warm and tasted good. Staffing will always be a challenge at care facilities. Good CNA's really should be paid well. However, everyone I've met from food service to nursing, to admin to CNA's have been friendly and respectful.

Brought my Grandma to Oakview Nursing and we couldn’t be happier. The building was always super clean and the staff went above and beyond for the care of our Grandma. It made me so happy to see how much they cared for her when my family couldn't be there. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
