This place is Amazing! All the staff from nursing, activities and dietary are so friendly. When I had questions for management, the department heads were very attentive. Azria is a Great choice for your loved one!

My dad been at this place 2 weeks they said when he got place there he would have a shower 2 times a week and still has been done he leaves the place tomorrow thank god the nurses don’t check on the patience like they should the Second day my dad ask a nurse what was on his His food tray the nurse got rude with him and said where not rich and when u wake in the door it smell like crap

My sister and I brought our 82 year old mother to visit the facility for poyential placement. Everyone who works there was VERY welcoming and kind. The residents in the common area also were very hospitable as we entered and left. Our mother was interacting with everyone as well and felt very comfortable. I think they will do a great job providing the care she needs and make her feel like part of a family. Thank you Rhonda & Renee for your compassion you demonstrated.

I cannot express enough how kind, caring, and professional the staff at Prairie Ridge have been to my sister during her stay. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, treat the residents and patients with respect and kindness. This experience of watching our sister slowly fade away was infinitly easier knowing she was cared for when we couldn't be there.

My mother is a resident at this facility. I visit often and the staff and nurses do a fantastic job in caring for the residents here. They inform me if they make any changes to her meds or anything related to the facility. They are in the process of a much needed remodel, which has brightened the overall look. Mom's biggest complaint is the food isn't up to par on some days, but mostly she seems happy there. The care she receives is exemplary.
