I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone who took care of my aunt. Everyone treated her and our family with such kindness and grace. We are extremely grateful!

Do not send your loved one to this facility. My grandmother was neglected at Oak Leaf Manor North.<br>After three weeks at Oak Leaf (FROM 12/19/25-1/13/26), I was never told that the pull cord doesnt work in the residents room and the resident ended up having countless falls because they were unable to alert staff when needing assistance. Shakeena Binder claims to have explained this in an email to me but that is a lie. I have the proof. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
