The administratorsare very attentive to our needs. The nurses are very attentive Caring and a whole lot moreto my father‘s needs. The CNA‘s are very attentive to my father‘s needs Take great care of him talk to him, treat him like their own fathers and also the receptionist in the front desk, most of them are very nice always smiling and friendly great job keep up the good work. The cleaning crew are great.

My mother's husband been at this facility for about 2wks now. Everytime we come to visit him the building and his room smells like pee. His blankets have not been changed in a week. Whenever he pulls the string for help they take forever to come to him. And I believe him. Today is May the 3rd.. my mother, my husband and I came to visit him and his room is a total mess! Gloves, napkins, the lids of the medicines they give are all over the floor. The bathroom is dirty as well.. the toilet with pee and poop. I asked what are the days that they clean and I was told everyday to which I replied well seems like no one has been in that room for a while! I was told the housekeeping person had left already so we'll make sure it gets cleanead tomorrow. I went and asked someone else for a broom and cleaning items so that I can clean the room myself. That's when 1 of the front desk ladies said the housekeeping person is still here that they will make sure he cleans my mom's husband's room. Its been a lil over an hour and still no one has come to clean his room or change his sheets. Please do not bring your loved ones to this place. They do not care about them, they only care about the money. Sad but true.

I really don't like to share anything like this. But when it comes to my dad, I feel like we should speak up. It is unfair that these facilities are being paid to take care of your love ones.my father was only going to be there for a week. Even for this week, we noticed some negligence. One of my sisters walk into his room in the morning and found my dad with a pillow over his face, she could tell that my dad was having trouble breathing since his face was facing to the side. We asked the nurse what had happened. They told us that he had felt in the night. His roommate has said that he was trying to get up and he fell My dad is developing the the demencia , and we know that dementia can make the patient do things. They were aware that my dad needed total assistance, and they still neglected him. We're not sure if he was fed in the morning. Since my dad wasn't able to Stay awake.He was given his medication to sleep from 4-5 p m. I call the facility in the morning to see what had happened since I am his caregiver and the nurse that I was talking to said that they would do 2 hour rounds and I asked him since he is very close to you guys when you are walking by his room, it didn't even go through your mind. Just to check on his room and see if he was doing okay, he replied, we do rounds every 2 hours.And I asked him again when you're walking by his room, you don't even bother to look inside the room, just to make sure that he is doing okay or if he needs your help, he said we do rounds every 2 hours. So I said so basically you walk through the rooms you don't even bother to look inside. The rooms to see if a patient needs your assistance and he did not reply. It is so sad that these nurses that are trained to do their job and still ignore what is going around them. A lot of The Times you can't even trust these facilities, because they hire nurses. They just don't want to do their job there was one nurse that my dad had in the morning. Very sweet and gentle girl. Young, she was paying more attention to my father than any other of the nurses that were there. I just wanted to share a little bit of what's going on, just so that everybody can pay attention to what's happening with your loved ones. Hopefully, this does not happen to anybody else, but if it does speak up, don't stay quiet, let them know that. You know what is going on? I did report this

My dad was taken there tonight and I'm trying to call from Michigan to check in and see how he's doing without calling his cell phone and possibly waking him . The fact that no one answers the phone in the evening is beyond unacceptable. Your facility is one level and I'm not sure how "busy" your front desk is at 9pm. Upon his arrival, the bed wasn't even made and his wife had to ask for a blanket. The women also never showed them how to use /raise the bed as he was laying there flat. If this is a preview of the care there , he's better off anywhere else. But , like all of your previous one star reviews, I'm sure you'll "address" it.

This facility is truly one of the best. My best friend’s father is living here, and I can honestly say I have nothing but praise. The place is clean, organized, and well run. The administration and staff are amazing kind, attentive, and full of heart. We just enjoyed an early Thanksgiving dinner, and everything was beautiful: the prayer, the food, the atmosphere, and especially the wonderful people who work there. I thank God my best friend was able to place her father in a nursing home where he’s cared for like family. This facility definitely deserves a 5+ rating.
