Impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff members are very engaging and are very professional. I’m impressed with the upper management especially the executive director in terms of having a good understanding of the facility and the rest the ED has from the staff

During my mother's week-long stay at the facility, I witnessed extremely poor service. The staff treated the residents, many of whom are older adults who deserve a higher quality of life, with disregard and disrespect. For example, one day while I was visiting, my mother, who is blind and unable to serve herself, asked for water. I pressed the help button and waited for almost 30 minutes, but no one came to assist her. I tried pressing the button again, and still no one responded. Eventually, I went to the nursing desk to inquire whether the button was functioning. The staff member told me that the light on the dashboard was on, yet the nurse was preoccupied with texting on her phone. This experience highlighted the inadequate care provided at the facility.
