I am a long-term resident of Nursing and Rehabilitation of Melbourne. I recieve excellent care from a friendly, courteous and knowledgeble staff. They also help with my appointments and transportation needs. While the food could use improvement it is good and varied with many choices. Snacks are always available. As this facility is one of the few that allows smoking I find it a welcome relief from reality. Also, the courtyard is sunny and very pleasant. Therapy staff is wonderful exceeds my expectations. I would recommend this facility for anyone needing long-term care, short-term respite or rehab therapy.

Wonderful staff and management. I'm here for rehab and the rehab team has been understanding and accomendating of my issues. The nursing and cna team is great.

Very helpful in setting up needed appointments and the transportation needed for the appointment. Polite and courteous when talking to residents and truly cares about what we need. I felt comfortable enough to go to the transportation coordinator and ask for help with other things I needed to get done and she took time out of her day to assist me with things outside of her job duties.

The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because many of their rooms are private. The staff is unfriendly for the most part and good luck getting the attention of a nurse or CNA when you need them. During my discharge process, it took four days for them to call in my medication When they were going to do it right away. Just a bad experience overall.
