Had some issues but Pam I was very helpful not to happy with the rent. I was told it was 1030.00 and two months later it’s 1200.00

We were guests at the Golden Rose Ball in April which was amazing! You have an absolute gem in Melanie Glenn. She curated an evening that encouraged warm fellowship, dancing and plenty of laughs. I met so many residents and felt so welcome. Hot Pink was fantastic!! It was a 5 star event at a 5 star property—because of Melanie! She is a keeper!!

I think every time a new landscape person is hired he should spend time with an experience person. It is hard to remove grass from areas that it has been blown into, such as patios, garden beds etc.
