I cannot say enough good things about this nursing home. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for during a very difficult time. Everyone has been kind, patient, and compassionate—not only with our loved one, but with our entire family

Horrible experience! Inadequate staff, checked patient in for 5 day stay, patient phone mysteriously disappeared! Patient care sucked, just keep patients medicated.

This facility might be OK for some basic rehab, but they are not equipped or have training to deal with dementia or alzheimer's patients. Not sure why Baptist sent our mother here knowing this. Because the rehab staff has no proper training for these types of patients, they're unwilling to do the necessary rehab for the patient and write the patient off. Once we realized this after 2-3 weeks we tried to get her out & moved to another facility but they wouldn't release our mother from their care. Then she got UTI and after that she got COVID. Once we got her released though and out of the facility, our mother passed away about 4 weeks later. Our mother was managing all on her own before all this started. Less than 3 months later she was deceased.

Horrible: Not fully staffed in the evening, overnights and weekends. Nurse and CNA's disregard call lights. Aids do not assist with patients that want to do activities. One Saturday morning I came, residents was on the floor from the previous night and my mom was hanging off the bed. I always notified DON of my concerns, I nevered got a response back. Womb nurse don't change wombs daily. My mom passed away due to clogged port that was no change on daily bases.
