Dominica and Kathleen, thank you. Both of you were excellent. However, there are some aspects of this company that my mother and I did not find professional. We did not freely select this agency; choice for home care was taken away from us, by her nursing facility….however, I digress. My mother was in urgent need of continued physical therapy upon her prior release, but she was not even assigned a PT until three days *after* being home. The man who did eventually come, made comments about personal items in our home—which made us uncomfortable. Worse, prior mutually agreed upon appointment times were not kept and moved up two hours in advance without our consent….A patient who is still in a lot of pain and a stressful state relies upon a schedule, which should not be abruptly changed at the last minute….When I realized that this whole experience was not agreeable to my mother, I needed to cancel the remainder of the visits. It was clear that they were not happy about this, and profanity was used during the conversation. Overall, not a professional experience and not recommended.
