As far as I can tell there are no Nurse Next Door services from the Newport News office. I have tried for over a week to get in touch with this office. I’ve called their HQ office 5 times over a week and was scheduled for the local office to call me. They didn’t call at the scheduled time and I reported this to the HQ office. They told me they would get with the local office and I would get a call. I again called the HQ office and waited about 7 hours for a callback. I was told by the HQ representative that they are sorry and are closing the Newport News office. With such a poor response from the HQ and Newport News Nurse Next Door I question whether they are legitimate.

Very good service! My mother has Parkinson’s dementia and needs assistance in the morning for a few hours and in the evening. Phyllis has been a frequent caretaker for my mother and we just love her. She’s caring, dependable, proactive and pleasant. She has experience with dementia patients. All the caretakers have been good but we especially love Phyllis!
