I could not recommend this facility. The therapist s are good, the food and cleanliness is adequate but there were only 2 aides on my husbands floor that treated him as a human being and not as a sack of meat to toss around The vast majority of of the aides acted as if any request was really putting them out. The worst was when my husband fell out of bed on the nightshift and inspired of his room mate putting on the call bell then screaming for help then banging loudly took over an hour of him laying on his face did anyone come only to tell him to GET UP! When I came in the morning and reported this there was another person reporting same thing had happened with their family member Please do your reasearch and go elsewhere

My mom experienced kind and gentle care at Nspire, most notably from Adeline. I visited several times each week sometimes in the mornings, many times in the evenings and a few times in the afternoons and I was pleased to find my mom well cared for. The communication from the nursing staff was very good and effective notably from the nursing Director, Veron and her assistant Althea. Joann in the business office was always very inviting and willing to help me figure out any issues that my mom encountered regarding her billing. Overall, my mom‘s experience at Nspire was great and I would recommend this nursing home!

Sheila & Erma was super handling & working with me. they were Patience ,challenging and humorous .they just don't ttell you how to do the tasks but do itwith you until you understand without any negative body or words displayed ,even when I observed& heard other patients displayed disrespectful acts. Shelis kept her calm & continue to work calmly with them or went to ,next person later returning to work with the person as if nothing happen.Shelia is one of the super, determined workers that gets her patients headed in the directions for progress accordingly to their goals with their cooperation. Erma is full of ascending energy ,joy & laughter which attributed to me pressing for better and better during therapy. In fact cotos and shout out to the whole therapy team especially vicky ,Hidi

If I could negative stars I would. This place is a joke. My neighbor was there for just over a week and it took 8 days of repeated requests for a phone in her room so that her family could speak with her, everyone would point to someone else. I spoke with in person AND left several messages to speak with the facility doctor, or nurse practitioner, and charge nurse, no one EVER called and when I asked for their names, they would not provide. The ONLY person who cared there was a Nurse named Cindy and the receptionist when you walked in. If your family member cannot advocate for themselves, they will be left to die there. My neighbor, once we were able to get her a phone, was able to call and get herself out of there. Do better NSpire!

My dad has been to Nsipre Tamarac a few times and I have to say this time has been the best. The place is cleaner, staff has been great and the PT and OT team has been AMAZING!! Seeing my dad improve has been wonderful to see. Julie the PT coordinator has great! She listened to us and is always checking in on my dads progress. Raji is phenomenal, even on days when my dad has low energy, he’s pushing him to go the extra mile. Erna with OT has helped him a lot and is patient with him. Vicki is great too!
