I honestly question whether there is effective HR oversight at this Tamarac location. The lack of professionalism and concern for patients is extremely disappointing.<br><br>When I received a call regarding my bill, the individual who identified themselves as a BOM spoke to me with an unprofessional attitude and was dismissive throughout the conversation. It was an unpleasant experience, especially when discussing an important matter.<br><br>Additionally, during my recent visit, I noticed that no nurse came to assist me. I also observed a staff member, who appeared to be a nurse, I believe her name is Suni, smoking on the premises, which raised concerns about the professionalism and standards being upheld at this location.<br><br>Overall, my experience left me feeling that patient care and professionalism are not being taken seriously. I hope management addresses these concerns and works to improve both customer service and staff conduct.

Thank you Harbor chase for taking care of my aunt Marilyn Goldberg. The staff was excellent, professional, and caring. Harbor chase was always clean and neat, celebrating all holidays and kept the residents busy playing games. The nursing staff was also excellent and took great care of my aunt. Outside nice. Rooms are run down and old. Needs a revamp! And maybe some new management.

My mom lived in this center for about one month before passing away. The staff has been superb. From the cooks, and nurses, all the way up to the director, they showed great diligence, medical knowledge, compassion, and friendliness to my mom and to me, her only son. The facility is kept very clean. The patients are encouraged to come out of their rooms for daily activities and to eat in the dining room. The food for 3 square meals is prepared daily and was brought to the patients' room if need be. Daniel Flores deserves a big shout out. He impressed me with his caring approach and that he knew the names of all of the patients as well as all of the staff. I looked at 8 different assisted living facilities before selecting Harbor Chase, and I know I made the right choice of Harbor Chase. Move your loved one into this facility and rest easy that they will be well cared for each and every day. They made a usually difficult time for me easier to bare. Thank you!!!
