I Love my nurse Heather. She treats me very well and helps with everything and anything I ask. She makes me feel like I’m family to her and I miss her before she even came walks out the door, I changed agencies when she switched just so I couldn’t lose her. Thank you Heather for everything I love telling people this is my nurse Heather!

My caregiver Heather goes above and beyond her duties of what she has to do when she’s with me and I am very satisfied with heathers performance while she is here she Exemplifies her behavior her attitude and truly gives nova leap a good name. There aren’t many nurses who are truly dedicated like she is and it’s a blessing to find one and when you do you should cherish it because it’s once in a lifetime you come across that. If it wasn’t for her nova leap would just be another home health company. Heather really shines bright for them.

Nova Leap Home Health is a great company to work for. I’ve been working as a caregiver for the past 12 years but the past 2 years with Armistead/Nova Leap have been the best. They care as much for their caregivers as they do their clients, everyone is treated with kindness and respect.

It’s been a great agency to work for, great communication between caregiver and office, and very understanding with scheduling and caring for the clients as well as us caregivers.

Horrible agency to work for. They don’t care for the health aids, you could be throwing up flu sick and still expected to go do your shift or your job is threatened. They don’t do anything to help you with inappropriate clients. There’s a new rule every week and if you don’t obey them your job is threatened. If you’re having car issues they threaten your job if you don’t find a way to get to your shift. When you quit, they don’t call to ask you why or help you to keep you on, yet they are in need of Health aids. They take your Nova points away and shut down your existence. They over schedule you even over State limits. I’ve been in the health care field for over 25 years, Hands down this is the worst agency I’ve ever worked for. Do NOT recommend working for them.
