I have been told by emergency maintenance that the complex does not have onsite maintenance. Good luck if your toilet clogs overnight, hot water tank breaks or heating goes out. We have one toilet and they will not get a contractor out until tomorrow. We are SOL.

Nottingham Court is a great place to live.<br>Manager Jennifer is on top of everything, and despite the bad reviews I'm reading, she is very friendly & professional.<br>Despite being short staffed in the. maintenance dept, the grounds are kept up nicely & maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely fashion.<br>I LOVE it here.

Manager, Jennifer doesn't return calls despite leaving many messages, they do credit checks which is fine but it's obvious they only check one, as they require certain credit score, which on different report I met their requirement but didn't check Experian. Very disappointing even though I had choice of apartments I wanted but I wasn't approved since Jennifer only used one report. So sad, could've had a good resident! But overall. I love it there as well my Godmother loves it there too. Good area it has emergency call buttons outside bathroom in case you need help. But if it weren't for Jennifer's mistake I would be living there close by to my Godmother. Which I had to find elsewhere to live. You missed out! Jennifer lies, especially when getting called out, she claims she doesnt check the credit, which she does the determination, if she doesnt like being called out, she hangs up on you especially discriminating.Residents love to garden, which see lots of flowers, beautiful. It's convenient to shopping I could've gone shopping on my scooter. They have a long waiting list, over 1 year, I waited longer. It's not worth it. If Jennifer is this rude, can you imagine if you're a resident there?! Don't bother! Go somewhere else, there are better places than here. More respectful.
