The skilled nursing care of my mother was topnotch! The care givers were excellent, even through the difficult moments.

The PA, nurses, and the CNAs (especially Makayla!), the cleaning team (especially Georina!) and even the front desk (thank you Ash!) were kind and showed care at every step.

All the employees that work north has been such a great asset to me. They go me above and beyond and made me do things that I didn’t think I could ever do again without their help I would not be where I’m at and possibly going home in a couple weeks. Shout out to Nurse May for Best back rubs! Jane is superior and a workaholic thank you Janey! Drake is an outstanding employee who goes above and beyond with helping! Management has no clue about how hard these employees work to keep this establishment at the rating it’s at!

I had a hip replacement and needed to rehabilitate before I was sent home on my own. I was lucky enough to go to North Woods Lodge. Steve was our main caregiver during the day. He was very attentive getting me ice water when I ran out and anything else I would need to be comfortable! He had a great sense of humor that kept my roommate and I smiling. He would anticipate our needs and have equipment ready. There were many other nice people helping me but Steve was a “Stand out” who made my stay wonderful! Meg Shaw
