I hired this service for my mother a disabled type 1 diabetic, once her care moved beyond companion care/personal care things went downhill fast. This service advertises they provide skilled nursing care by CNA’s (even minor things like taking vitals) and they fall short. Their manual processes have serious gaps in information. There is no consistent oversight of caregivers on site to ensure the basics of care are being provided. They cannot provide RN oversight or RN delegation services as advertised. Administration is toxic and will throw their caregivers under the bus to cover their own incompetence, all the while blowing smoke, telling client/caregivers that they didn’t say things they did or vice versa. I only regret I didn't pull the plug on them earlier. Over the last several months we had a caregiver sleeping on the job so deeply she did not respond to my mother's calls for assistance, two other caregivers quit the service with little to no notice due to toxic administration and lack of support in the field, administration directed a caregiver to "put my mom to bed" and leave her unattended for approx. 4 hours due to lack of staffing (at the last minute we, the client found a way to cover so my mother was not left alone), the service was so desperate for staff they repeatedly tried to hire my mother’s property manager even though they were told several times she was unqualified and unsuitable for caregiving. They expected me/my mother to continue to pay overtime for their staffing shortages, it only stopped when I refused to pay. The issues at this company start at the top and trickle all the way down. My concerns regarding my mother’s care or lack thereof were either ignored or blown off for the last several months and I only heard from the owner AFTER my mother had a fall on their watch and I discharged their services. There are better services out there, keep looking.

I really loved the staff here. From the first phone call to the last, the communication was on point. Searching for someone to take care of mom at dawn was challenging. (6 am-10 am) but they found two people that worked with mom. It gave me and my family peace of mind that someone was there for her. When we needed medical equipment such as a bed railing and shower chair, they searched and found one for her. I am truly grateful for their support and compassion for mom. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you Julie B and Julie T and our caregivers for mom.

Our family had a great experience! The whole staff was very responsive to our needs. We had to switch shifts many times and they always accommodated us. We had several caregivers over the 6 months they cared for my parent. Mary was there the whole time and was so kind and compassionate dealing with end of life care. The office staff, the training and the communication with us were all amazing. Really gave our family peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend them.

Worst ever! Met with them in our home on Friday. We let them know that we’d be out of town till Monday so the first day we would need them would be Tuesday. The one lady looked at the other in scrubs and said, “We can do Tuesday, right?” The gal responded with, “yea, we can do Tuesday.” Fast forward to Tuesday at 610am. The shift was to start at 6am. No one is here. I call the only phone number I have and it’s the office number. No on-call number or anything. They finally call me back around 8 or 9 and tell me that they never said they would have anyone here on Tuesday. She said they would call on Tuesday to let us know if they had anyone. I told her I thought it was odd that my husband and I both heard the same thing. She stood by what she said and told me again that I heard wrong. Oh and by the way the person they in mind for my husbands care was involved in a car accident over the weekend so we will need to find a new agency. Just like that. What the literal heck?!? I get that it’s tough to find caregivers. Just like every other industry they are struggling to find people. That, however, does not count for the horrible customer service. Stay away from this company. There is a reason they have such low stars.
