My mom has now been living here for almost a year and she absolutely loves it. The entire staff has truly been amazing especially the nurses. They truly care. My mom talks about them all the time. Anytime I've asked him to do something to help her they have always done it and gone above and beyond. I really can't say enough positive things about this place. Sure, every place has things that needs to work on. It's not a five-star resort but the staff really takes care of the people living there and the property is maintained lovely. Thank you Northgleen Heights staff for being so good to my mom!<br><br>Update: My mom will have been living here for about 2 years now. Autumn, who's the director always answers my texts and calls and fights for my mom to be there she is amazing. She asked about how much she's in the hospital and I feel that she is a truly genuine person Amari is another amazing woman who always does my mom's hair right after her shower, and it always looks amazing every time. I wish you would do my hair. I can't say enough good things about her. Jesse is another nurse I know by name who always treats her with kindness and patience. I can't say one bad thing about any of the people who work directly with my mom. Unfortunately, I don't have the names of everybody there who does such an amazing job loving her. They honestly feel like family.

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful care my mother is receiving at your facility. I am so grateful to have found this place for her.<br><br>In particular, I want to recognize Nellie, Autumn and Memory Care staff. They are the kindest, most personable professionals I’ve met in a while. My mother is content and feels a great sense of relief that she can finally communicate in her own language. That to me is priceless🤗<br><br>There are many elegant words I could use to express my appreciation for the quality of care at Northglenn Heights; however, I will limit myself to my favorite ones: thank you so much. 😊

My mother is 82 and we recently moved her to Northglenn Heights from another facility. My mom is in Assisted living and loves it! She always raves about the food, she loves the nurses and caregivers and what I have witnessed so far with the staff, they have gone up and beyond! The nurses call me all the time with any questions or concerns. Having my mom here has released a lot of stress from me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br><br>My mom has been a resident at Northglenn Heights Assisted Living since 2024, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care she receives. The facility feels safe and well-managed, and the staff are consistently professional, responsible, and attentive to her needs. They check on my mom regularly and do an excellent job communicating with me and our family whenever something comes up, which gives us great peace of mind.<br><br>My mom stays actively engaged with a wide variety of daily activities, and it’s wonderful to see her involved and enjoying her time there. She also truly enjoys the meals, which is a big plus. Overall, Northglenn Heights has created a supportive, caring, and welcoming environment, and I highly recommend this facility to any family looking for quality assisted living care.

I searched and toured 4 different facility's, when I found Northglenn Heights i knew it was the the perfect place. I moved my friend in last year, and she loves it, the whole staff has been patient, understanding and very caring. Nellie, Sharon, Shannon are always there for questions and helping me with whatever I need for my friend. Im double excited now because I'm moving my 92 yr old Aunt in this week. Thank u all at Northglenn Heights, it's nice to know we have another family.<br><br>Karla and Joanne
