I have had horriable experiences with this agency and had to drop them recently because of it they are very unprofessional. First mishap my aid goes on a extended sick leave without the agency notifying me about it I had to call my case manager to find out why for almost a week I had nobody come out and give me my services. Second mishap I get a new aid and something happens to her and she missed the days she was supposed to come in that week only to find out a week later something happened to her and again the angecy failed to tell me till a week later about it when they knew long before they call me. 3rd and final time something happened this monday that just passed I get a new aid. Mind you the lady who answers the phone told me she will be the aid from now on. This lady she comes over says im filling in for today I inform her they told us you would be the aid that comes in from now on she said no so she asks what my case plan is cause this agency never gives there aids a case plan. So I ask her if she has gloves she said no so my mother offers hers ours she says she allergic to laytex she said she didnt live far and she had some at home so I allowed her to go get them she never returned. I was livid so I call them the next day to inform them I no longer want there services. You wanna know whats worse the aid lied she left here called the agency said I wanted my other aid so she wouldnt get in trouble I asked the lady that answers the phone why wasnt I called at all to questioned about that she didnt answer me . I am sorry for the long read had to warn everyone about this agency dont go there they dont care about there patients there running a scam sometimes having aids and nurses can be life or death for somebody by them not telling you there aid is out and not calling to put in a fill in can cost your loved one there life.

We have been working with this company over year and half now in the area of technology and nothing but good things to say about the management and staff.
