NorthWest Home Care in Missoula has provided excellent care for my brother for the last almost two years. The agency's costs have been reasonable; its care, attentive and responsible; and its communication with me, with medical personnel, and with others impacting my brother's life, has been thorough. NorthWest began care for my brother in the immediate aftermath of a difficult situation which the resourcefulness of the agency's caregiver manager, Suzanne Turner, had helped to resolve. Since then, Suzanne's good judgement and the diligence of individual caregivers has been invaluable toward the resolutions of other difficulties which have arisen. I trust NorthWest, and I have found my trust to be well rewarded.

NWHC has gone above and beyond to find us home nurses that are well-informed of our son’s medical needs, dedicated to supporting him and our family as a whole, and a great fit for our family dynamic. The owners of the company were extremely committed to finding great care-givers for our needs and found a great fit for our family.
