More or less they’ll get the job done. (Seems like some of them are rushing the room to ignore you.) lol In the end of the workers were pretty nice. Some of them weren’t. They’re a crowd you have to get used to. lol Overall I’d give this place a 3.75

I went in Monday morning for chest pain and dehydration the doctor was a tall skiny white dude he didn't want to see me but he did anyway did a ekg urine sample and blood work he said i wasn't dehydrated and that my blood count was a 10 i left there went to my doctor appointment still feeling bad he had me admitted at Bolivar Medical center i was extremely dehydrated I've been on fluids the whole time and had to have a blood transfusion

After having a horrible experience at Bolivar Medical I decided to drive up the road to NSMC and had a wonderful experience. Everybody who I came across was extremely sweet and compassionate from the moment I walked in. Dr Roberts in the ER took time to hear my concerns and was actually able to give me the correct medication to help me. Will only come here from now on.

The ER is a joke! I waited for 3 hours for them to get me in the back take my vitals, ask a few questions to only have the doctor come in the room and tell me that there was nothing they could do for me and for me to go to the clinic down the side walk, that they could help me more than the ER could. This hospital is a JOKE and to have someone wait that long to hear there is nothing they can do for them, is unprofessional and rude! How are you going to deny someone treatment or tell them you can’t do anything for them? And mind you I have full coverage health insurance through the state. I WILL NOT and I mean WILL NOT recommend North Sunflower Medical Center in Ruleville, MS to anyone anymore!! I’m at the clinic now and they were even surprised by what the ER told me.

This is for emergency department. I have went there twice, once couple of years ago and Wednesday August 13 3025, afternoon. The receptionist was very nice professional, she deserves a raise! The security guard very nice and helpful and was concerned about me. She deserves a raise. As for the unprofessional, bad attitude and just all around bad vibe dr an nurse that very briefly asked me couple questions they certainly dont deserve a raise or any kind of praise. Both visits to that God awful emergency department, was same nurse and dr. I went to Clarksdale emergency department and the level of care and compassion was off the charts! Take to Ruleville only not to emergency dept. Ruleville do better! Also really don't think the one star is deserved.
