My dad is staying here. Most of the nurses are amazing. They really care about the residents. Sidney, the OT, is absolutely incredible. It’s very clean. Some places I visit have a terrible smell as soon as you walk in. I have come nearly every day since my dad was placed here in April and they have alway been clean and welcoming. Parking can be rough. I can often find a spot but there are times that I haven’t. Fortunately they have a partnership with the Haymarket Public Market parking garage where you get 3 hours for $3 with validation. No place will be perfect, but North End has some great employees and that makes a huge difference.

They did not give my mom the proper medication that potentially could’ve led to her death . They also failed to meet my mom‘s ADLs

Pros: Staffed sufficiently. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Attentive to my mother. Other than parking no trouble visiting. Single rooms with a window. Private toliet. Plenty of places within walking distance if you need to take a break during your visit. 1 Con: Parking... horrible. It is downtown Boston. So if you can, Uber in an out.

Tried reaching out to discuss a proposal and opportunity to service the facility to place one of our vending/smart machines. Receptionist was very rude and stand offish

Beautifully clean establishment!! Everybody was pleasant, helpful and friendly. The nursing staff were friendly, efficient and dedicated to the patient and family. Parking is small but run very well! Overall I was highly impressed by the environment they provide for patients. Not only was this place clean but it smelled clean too! I would highly recommend this rehabilitation center .
