NB Assisted Living has taken great care of my mom since May of 2026. The staff is very professional and kind. The facility is clean and well staffed. We do not worry with our mom there. Thank you

My dad has been a resident here for the past month or so and has been thriving. All of the staff I have had the pleasure of meeting have been wonderful. He is being very well cared for which puts us all at ease. I cannot say enough good things about North Branch Assisted Living.

From the moment I walked into North Branch Assisted living my heart was touched in a way I never expected. There is something truly special about this place, you feel it immediately. The warmth, compassion, and genuine care that fill the building are impossible to miss.<br><br>The staff go above and beyond to make every resident feel valued, respected, and loved. You can see the passion in what they do, and the relationships they build are real and meaningful. Every smile, every conversation, and every small act of kindness makes a difference here.<br><br>It’s a place where care is given with love, dignity, and compassion, and I am truly grateful for the impact it has had on my loved one. Walking through the doors feel like home.

My mother had a 2 week respite stay at North Branch Assisted Living and she says she received excellent care. The facility is new, comfortable, and uplifting, and she describes the staff are very friendly and caring. Her respite stay gave me the peace of mind that I needed to enjoy a much needed vacation to the UP. It is certainly a blessing to have a facility like North Branch Assisted Living in the local area. This allowed my sister and other family members to visit her during her stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff at North Branch Assisted Living for providing excellent care and making Mom feel at home.
