My mom was placed at Norsland on hospice. It was a really overwhelming feeling to know that this would be our last stop and we weren’t sure what to expect, but a member of the staff was with us every step of the way. The administrator is wonderful and quick to help with any questions. The care team is truly special. I was there a lot and almost always in the way, but everyone was so patient with not only my mom, but our entire family and friends. Even when mom couldn’t respond anymore, the staff would speak to her and tell her what they were doing. If you’re looking for a place that will handle your loved one with care, this is your place. And if you’re reading this, I’m so sorry. The transition you’re about to make is really, really hard. But this part of your loved one’s life can be very special, too. All the best.

Poorly organized staff that are rude and work unsafely talking about patients in other patients rooms… making you feel confused when your not there to see who they are talking about! The Director of Nursing would rather blame others than her own staff. But she should take note, or this place simply does not care and is breaking HIPPA laws.

Very nice place. Very clean also. My cousin move in there July 2022. The staff seem to be great and very helpful.
