DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!! This place gives horrible care and does not care at all about the Residents. They gave me and my family nothing but attitude about our questions and concerns for our loved one. they do not check on there residents at all nor answer call lights. Other residents were yelling help in there rooms and the nurse would walk right on by. My family would visit late in the evening and see food that was sat out all day not ever opened or an attempt to try to feed him, we would have to try to do it while we were there. this is so heartbreaking that people at the end of there life would get treated in such a way. The DON is also in on it and has a horrible attitude when confronted with her nurses and CNA's that are not giving the care they should be giving to these residents at the end of there days. No compassion or care your loved ones will have if they get sent here!! They have people that work there go on here and give five star reviews to make it seem like this is a legit good place. Don't worry Bethl the families will find out either way when their loved ones get placed with you that this place is no good and should be shut down!!!!!!

I agree with Laurie. Definitely do not send your loved ones here. Staff are horrible and don't even get along with each other, it's as if they're still in middle school. Besides my own experience in sending a loved one here for a short period of time, I know more than a few people who have told me their loved ones were mistreated here. They don't care about the patients, just in it for the money

During my mom's last couple months of life at Bethal Home, she received horrible care. She fell often and sustained many bruises from head to toe. She had rapid weight loss and her assessment of her dietary needs was not followed up on. Mom received lack of kindness and compassionate care during her short stay. Do not send your love ones here :(
