I am very thankful for the care my brother is getting Niles Nursing and Rehabilitation Everything is great at this nursing home. It is such a blessing. Google Maps wanted me to elaborate on my high mark for NNR. The care is exceptional in that they listen and follow through with whatever concerns you have. The nurses are kind and competent, they aren't on a power trip over the residents like other places that we have experienced. My brother loves Korean food, and right away when we asked for it, his next meal was Korean food. Needless to say, it's clean, someone always answers the phone when you call. Even at 2am when I called recently. I don't know what anyone would find to find fault with this facility. This is as good as it gets.

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to commend the staff at Niles Nursing & Rehabilitation for the excellent care they provide. A family member has been a patient at the facility for several months, and my sister and I are so grateful we found Niles Nursing. The facility itself is well-maintained, always clean, which is obviously important. But it’s the caring professionals at Niles that make the real difference. We always feel that our brother is safe and well-looked after … the team is friendly and accessible and really strives to provide a variety of activities for the residents. The nursing staff is top-notch, as are the CNAs. We would definitely recommend Niles Nursing if you’re looking for a professional facility for someone you love.

Deciding on a skilled nursing home for my parents was a tough choice, but I am so relieved. The admission process was seamless, and my parents have adjusted beautifully thanks to the amazing care and engaging programming. The entire team—including the medical/nursing staff, social workers, and Korean-speaking staff—is professional and genuinely kind. A special shout-out to the third-floor staff, social workers, and administrators for their incredible dedication. It’s a huge comfort to see my parents in such a warm, culturally attentive environment. Highly recommend!

My mother spent her final days at Nile’s Nursing Home and Rehab, and I’m very grateful for the care she received. The facility has a 5-star Medicare rating, and it shows. The staff were kind, respectful, and compassionate to the very end. While the building is older, it is clean, and the meals are well-balanced and always smelled wonderful. Special thanks to Mrs. Cho, the Korean director, and Linda, the social worker—they truly do angel’s work. The medical staff were excellent and attentive. Thank you for treating my mother with dignity and care.

Recently, our Mum joined our Dad at Niles Nursing Home. We are incredibly thankful to Mdm Cho and her entire dedicated team who serves the inhouse residents with a ready smile and love. From the Lobby Receptionist to the entire team working there, we have nothing but warm gratitude to each and everyone of you doing your job with immense and profound love. It really takes a special person to do what you guys are doing. It’s certainly a new” Home “ away from home for our parents as well as the rest. There is never a day I go about not thinking of the folks who puts a smile in someone’s clouds. From the bottom of our hearts, we like to thank Mdm Cho and the Niles Nursing Community. You guys are the real heroes in our lives. Thank you once again and we wish the best to Niles and the entire community.
