My aunt stayed at the facility for nearly four months. At 86 years old, she was admitted following a pacemaker procedure, and her stay was extended after she was diagnosed with cancer. Throughout her time there, we were comforted knowing she was receiving compassionate and attentive care. The therapists and staff were consistently professional, kind, and dedicated to her well-being. The nurses and CNAs went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and cared for every day. Our family is especially grateful to Hillary, Anita, Navjot, and Muskan for their unwavering support, kindness, and dedication. Their compassion made a difficult time much easier for our family, and we will always appreciate the exceptional care they provided. We highly recommend this facility if you are in need of attentive and compassionate care for your loved one.

My MIL Nasreen Chaudhry was in niles canyan for about 2 months for her recovery process. And we had a good pick for her by choosing the niles canyan. The whole staff was so caring and professional. They took care of my mil very well. Staff was super friendly. My favorite was Anita aunty. Everytime i would visit my mil she would welcome me with great smile. Anita aunty always make sure that i am feeling okay… All the CNA and RNs did their best. Thanks to Suman didi , Muskaan and The RNs ..my Whole family appreciate you. Kitchen staff was super kind to me…i went to them like million times and they never felt like they are bothered, always had smile on their faces. Super lovely aunties. And the therapy staff was amazing, they made sure she is back to normal. And The Eric ,the administrator of niles Canyon, i never seen him bothered or upset or mad at any of his staff. I have nothing but all the positives things about Niles Canyon. Highly higly recommend if any of you looking for a place for your family member for acute recovery, niles is the one👍🏻

I am extremely grateful for the care my mother received during her stay at this skilled nursing facility. The staff treated her with kindness, patience, and respect, which made a difficult time much easier for our family. A special thank you to Navraj, Eljay, Sonia, and the other nurses whose names I unfortunately can't remember. They were consistently compassionate, attentive, and patient with my mom's needs. The CNA caregivers were absolutely outstanding and deserve tremendous recognition. Every single one of them went above and beyond. I especially commend Ms. Jeevan, Kamal, Uma, Aurelia, Muskan, Roberto, Thhin, and Rohit, but there were many others who also provided exceptional care (again, whose names I don't know). Every single one of them did their job with kindness and compassion, diffusing stressful situations my mom often caused, spending time with her. So to them, a heartfelt thank you. The physical therapy/Occupational Therapy team was equally impressive. They showed incredible patience and understanding, not only with my mother's physical rehabilitation but also with her emotional and mental needs. They took the time to work with her at her own pace and always treated her with dignity and encouragement. I would also like to recognize Ms. Anita at reception. She was always welcoming, helpful, and reassuring. Her kindness helped make my mother's stay more comfortable, and she was wonderful at calming her during stressful moments. Overall, I am very happy with the care my mother received. The entire team worked together to create a supportive and compassionate environment, and I sincerely appreciate everything they did for her. Thank you all for your dedication and excellent care.

My mother stayed at this nursing home after being released from Washington Hospital following shoulder fracture surgery. She was 78 years old, in a lot of pain, and of Indian origin. This was her first experience staying in a nursing facility in the U.S., so I was very worried about how she would adjust. To my pleasant surprise, she settled in very well. The staff made her feel at home and she slowly made many friends. Even though her English was limited, the caregivers understood her feelings, spoke to her with warmth, and provided excellent care. The CNAs and RNs were always friendly and compassionate. She was also able to enjoy Indian food often, and she adapted well to their other meals. I visited her several times a week, sometimes bringing dinner, and she always greeted me with a smile. It was clear she was comfortable and well cared for. Even after being discharged, she kept in touch with some of the staff. She still fondly mentions Anita Bhatia, Roberto Cayabyab, and Alfonso Frankie for their kindness and support. She stayed for four months and had a very positive experience. Our family is deeply grateful to the team for taking such good care of her when she needed it most.
