Have been with this company for two months and have had 4 to 5 different aids because either they come they’re here for a day and they don’t come back to work or they don’t show up. On their first day of work then the company doesn’t call to inform you that an aid is not showing up very dissatisfied they do not come up with a plan or a backup plan and when one doesn’t show then nobody doesn’t come nor does anyone call

The staff from Nightigales has been great for my family. The PCA who is on the home takes great care of my family member making sure they ate cared for and handling many chores to help them out. The nurse overseeing their care is fabulous. from making sure there is a replacement if the regular PCA has a personal appointment, to keeping in touch with me if I am needing to obtain or do something, and keeping an eye on the physical wellbeing of my family. Great team, great experiences!!

Monica is a wonderful nurse and my aides are always on time and they do more and go beyond there duties for me. They will pick up medicine from pharmacy or stop by store for and bring me meals and clothes which I really appreciate. They are truly a blessing. I highly recommend nightingales services and staff.

This is a great company they are always are helpful and accommodating to what we need. Great aides, staff, nurses and management. Monica is awsome and so professional. Nightingale staff member, Ronnie (Veronica) took care of my late mother. Monica was her nurse. My mother was comfortable and happy in her time with these wonderful women. They cared for her physically and emotionally in her most painful time. I will always be grateful for the compassion they displayed. Thank you
