Back in Dec our father had some medical problems that required the need for short-term rehab when he came back home. We selected NHC Scott in January for short-term rehab. The staff were super nice, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions/concerns. They did a great job taking care of Dad and helping him to improve so that he could go back home. Super pleased with everyone and so thankful to Jason and his team for their care of Dad!!

I went to visit my brother I had been so pleased with this place.but the last time I visited him.he had no pillow slips on his pillow bed wasn't made he needed a shower.he look so un kept .I know you have limited help but these people depend on the caregiver.they stay in there room no pajamas cause they have to use bathroom a lot it's awful God have mercy on a country that doesn't take care of old people.and yes his children he has but they older and sick

I absolutely LOVE this center. When I go in everyone is so welcoming and caring. Seeing how everyone from admin down to floor staff love the residents there is so heartwarming. They are all amazing.

Very bad within 21 hours they left the patient without access to the nurses call button . Plus her room was a mess with used blood stained bandage laying on the floor and it was not her or her roommates. Spoke with Jessica ( nurses supervisor )for the second time about the mess and having no access to the call button she didn’t care and actually called the family and tried to ban me from seeing my 95 year old friend instead of rectifying the situation. Mr. Jones got involved and told me that the person from the family called him to ban me and lied and said the family member who called was the power of attorney which was false. Mr. Jone kept saying he was on vacation for a week so it really didn’t concern him . The lady is dehydrated and found he without any water at all it was the same today 7-26-2023 no water for her at all and this is right after lunch. Not counting the multiple bedsores from not moving her at all while aides set at the desk and play on their phones . Housekeeping is no existent. As the hallway and room have debris all over . I showed pictures of the nasty handrails ,one even had a old spoon in it . Today the spoon was gone but the dirty in the handrails is still there . Also unable to use the phone because it’s laying on the floor

Would not recommend this place at all ! If you can’t check on your loved one , which we could not due to Covid virus they will not get cared for! Our mother went there in late March early April of this year for oxygen therapy. They then convinced my brother she need physical therapy for Medicare money I’m sure! I’m a nurse so I know ! She broke her foot while there had boot put on and we were told she got 1 hour a day therapy! But now she is so weak and can’t even get up or she gets dizzy! She cold use walker before this !
