Update: Compassas reached out and I talked to manager of Lawrenceburg office. She was the person I initially talked to and the one who offered the help with my mother. She followed through on her promise and contacted the other party involved and took care of the problem. I really appreciate her help. There are a lot of services that come at you from Hospice care and unfortunately people are drained and If you are like I was just kinda out of it. I should have done a better job with keeping up with names and services. The care during her hospice period was very good and, except for the lack of communication with the correct person after my mom's death, they were very caring and compassionate. I wrote my first review out of anger and frustration and that was not a good thing. Thank you for reaching out and straightening out the problem. It was very much appreciated and what is more - it is a step not many businesses take in this day and time. thank you!
