This was hands down the worst healthcare experience I have ever encountered. My great-grandmother stayed here for about three weeks, and what we witnessed during that time was completely unacceptable. One day, I walked in and saw a man lying on the floor begging for help. No nurses or staff were assisting him—no one even seemed concerned. Thankfully, we stepped in and found someone to help, but the staff member we approached acted annoyed that we even asked. That alone says everything about the level of care here. On top of that, my grandmother had to wait over two hours after pressing the nurse call button just to be helped to the bathroom. No one came. No one checked in. That kind of neglect is inexcusable and dangerous. The conditions of the facility are beyond disturbing. The bathroom was a complete biohazard—there was feces left uncleaned, and the smell of urine was so overwhelming that we could barely stay in the room. When we brought it up to a nurse, we were told that no one would clean it until Monday. Monday came, and of course, no one ever showed up. This place shows a shocking lack of basic hygiene, compassion, and responsibility. If there were a way to file a grievance against the entire facility, I absolutely would. Do not trust this place with your loved ones. Truly a terrible and heartbreaking experience. Also do not forget this is $218 a DAY
