I got there on a Friday and did not have a call button until the following Monday. Insurance stopped coverage, and Bria never told me about it. They were always late getting back to me when anything was requested, but they always had an excuse. One time, they explained a 1-hour delay was due to "shift change." First, shift change should not be an excuse. Second, shift change should not take an entire hour. This is just a small part of what it was like. At one point, I considered just walking out, even if it was AMA.

BRIA is Amazing place, I recently just had my mother there for Rehab for a short period of time, and she absolutely loved it, staff was nice, CNA, nurses, etc. Brittany Gossett in the office did amazing job caring for my mother also.

A small but mighty facility filled with amazing people to care for our family. The therapy and activity program here is great.

It's been hard to speak on my sister's time at this place. She was already in a diminished state but got much worse in this facility. Constant urinary tract infections, infected peg tube incision and was only showered once in months. Gown was always dirty from green stuff coming out of peg tube. She had to get a j tube and actually had the chance of gaining weight finally and a nurse broke it by pushing the syringe instead of pulling to clear a block. It cracked and she was off to the Hospital again, unable to handle another surgery My Sister was ultimately put on hospice where she fought and wouldn't let go until being taken to Hospice In Missouri where our Grandmother took her last breath after a brief fight with pancreatic cancer. Jessica went to be with our Grandmother, Grandfather, her Dad and Gpa Jim Gma G. This all could have been prevented. The only Nurse that gave a crap or cared properly for my Sister was Maryann and she came off as a jerk but she actually cares about the patients. This was a clear case of malpractice.
