My father was in rehab here and it was a horrible experience. The people that work there don’t really care about the residents.

My father was supposed to be transported to dialysis two times a week and they messed up not one but two Saturdays in a row not sending him with the lift he needed to get into the chair for dialysis. The dialysis place was only 10 minutes away From Newcastle, so you think they would go back and get what they needed so he could get the medical care that was required. But instead, they let him sit there for hours until they could swing back and bring him back to their facility without having had dialysis. The fact that this happened a second Saturday in a row was completely unacceptable.

Not only were we not able to get a baseline for two days a week dialysis, my father needed to step up and be on three times a week dialysis now. Thank goodness, we found a place in Oak Creek that actually cares about its residents. They are personable and treat residents there like people.
