Best community in Wisconsin. The team works hard to give the residents their best day in and day out. Plus the chef is amazing who knew senior living was so GOURMET.

Families should be aware of how personal property issues are handled here!!!<br><br>My father is a resident at Lumia Mequon and a staff member broke the television that was purchased for him. I expected the facility to replace it with the same model or a comparable TV of similar quality and value.<br><br>Instead, a significantly inferior replacement was provided, and it has since stopped working as well. I have been told this replacement has had issues before. As of now, my father has been without a working television for an extended period of time<br><br>This situation is disappointing and unacceptable. Residents have the right to their personal property, and for someone with dementia, small comforts like a working TV directly affect dignity and quality of life. Communication around this issue has also been poor and required repeated follow-up on my part.

Highly recommend Lumia for it’s caring staff! Very friendly and uplifting environment.. great meal choices…much to offer the residents.
