The owners and staff at Newcastle Gardens Senior Home are top notch- professional, experienced and caring. The home is clean, ADA compliant and located in a charming setting. We moved mom from a facility that was overpriced and unable to meet the care needs of a senior with dementia who is still aware and ambulatory. Mom is safe and happy now, and her changing needs are met daily with a warm smile, utmost respect and mindful care.

Would highly recommend Newcastle Garden Senior Home. My mom who is 99 lived at retirement center for 26 years and was forced out by new director. Newcastle Gardens welcomed her with open arms and went out of their way to get to know her and family<br><br>Ying, the director celebrated my mom’s 99th birthday by attending church and her party.<br><br>On the more practical side the care is excellent. They track her eating, meds and have gone out of their way to make her feel welcome.

We truly were fortunate to find a clean, bright, and wonderfully caring home for our parents, especially after trying a couple other homes which failed us. Newcastle Garden Senior Home was a needle in a haystack - a rare gem. It is difficult to find a home where the owners are both conscientious and caring, and this home really stood out. The staff have also been there long term and know each resident personally. My parents were cared for with dignity even when their health declined and we are forever grateful to Ying and Ling.

My father moved into this AFH back in AUG 2019 due to his battle with Parkinsonism and dementia and continues to reside here. The awesome care he receives by the staff here truly make a difference in making his daily life easier. Three of the caretakers have been with them 10+ years, and it is truly great to see firsthand the on the job knowledge and gentle care they bring to their daily routine of providing attentive and compassionate senior care.<br>So if you are looking for a welcoming and special place for your loved one, I would look no further than Newcastle Gardens Senior Home. Plus they have beautiful outdoor viewing space whether relaxing under the grape arbor garden or bird and wildlife watching while sitting out on their large deck. They have lots of rabbits and deer regularly roaming the grounds!

My mother was in need of close supervision after a serious fall. Newcastle Gardens Senior Home was a a good fit.<br>The husband and wife owners are a doctor and nurse respectively who build relationships with the residents and individualize each person’s care plan. They are quick to respond to all concerns.<br>They made accommodations for my mother’s medical needs, emergency care, and community services.<br>The day to day staff are on duty 24 hours. They are caring, compassionate, and respectful.The safety and well being of the residents are a priority.<br>The home is spacious, very clean, well maintained, and located in a quiet neighborhood.<br>The Newcastle Gardens Senior Home is highly recommended.
