My stepdad stayed at this nursing home for a few months for short-term care. The staff treated him with great respect and kindness. The nurses and aides were very attentive to his daily needs and treated him like family. He made great strides and came home feeling strong. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about New Vanderbilt Rehabilitation and Care Center. Having both of my parents living there has given my family tremendous peace of mind. From the moment they arrived, they were welcomed with compassion, dignity, and genuine care. The entire staff has been outstanding. The Food Service team, CNAs, nurses, doctors, and support staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure my parents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Most importantly, my parents are happy, which means everything to me. I would like to extend special recognition to Tiffany, Director of Admissions, and Senelyn, Admissions Coordinator. They were exceptional throughout the entire process. They made the transition smooth and stress-free, answered every question, and worked diligently to ensure that both of my parents could share the same room. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a difficult situation much easier for our family. It is clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents and their well-being. I am incredibly grateful to everyone at New Vanderbilt for the excellent care, compassion, and dedication they show every day. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. I think that this Is a great facility for rehab. The nursing staff is very helpful and very attentive. They treated me very well and especially LEEANN concierge of the building. She is such a good vibe she makes everyone happy and my stay here a breeze. I definitely glad I chose this facility.

I was so impressed my the staff at your facility! From the rehabilitation director, admissions director to the physical therapists, nurses, aides, social workers, maintenance staff and more, each person we encountered was amazingly cheerful, helpful, compassionate, patient, kind, and skilled. We were so heartened and relieved to know our loved one is in good hands. Thank you!!

Filomena the security guard and Crystal the receptionist helped me so much. They make a great team. My grandmother was at New Vanderbilt and Filomena made our family’s experience there a lot easier and better. She was very nice to all of us. I know my grandmother is in good hands with Filomena and Crystal. They are on top of their jobs and will go above and beyond for the patients, families and co-workers. I got to see it first hand. I hope they get recognition for their hard work and most of all dedication. It’s hard to find good workers nowadays so when you have a great/loyal employee , you do your best to make them feel appreciated and valued. Best of luck to Filomena and Crystal!
