Jun 2026
On the date of the 17th of June 2026 on the advice of my case manager from Aetna. I had visited this facility. And ask for a tour from the receptionist at the front desk ( you see I'm on disability due to kidney failure and compartment syndrome of my left leg). I was told to wait. The administrator who was a young woman had appeared and she was talking to a rabbi. She entered the administration office with the Rabbi and later out in 20 minutes then came out with the Rabbi . After saying goodbye to the Rabbi She didn't bother to look at me. Instead she went right back into the office. Not so much as a greeting. I went up to the desk and asked if I could have a tour? The receptionist went to ask about this and he came out and said can you come back tomorrow? I told him that it is not possible because I don't have my own transportation and I rely on somebody else to bring me there. I decided not to pursue this place anymore especially after the way I was treated. Furthermore the impression I get from the place it is more like a glorified nursing home then an actual apartment complex with additional assisted living service. I have been to other places that were apartments and yet they have better assisted living service. And the apartments were better. This seems to be a poorly maintained facility for place that is highly priced. I will never return there ever. I should thank them for their actions. Because I think I can find a better place. Terrible how they treat a human being without getting to know someone.
