I just want to take a moment to say what a great experience we’ve had with Jhailyn, the director of hospitality. She has been so attentive and helpful and has provided genuine care to my mother. There’s been a great change in her demeanor since Jhailyn started and we really appreciate how she’s gone above and beyond with communication, care, and little luxuries that have helped her feel at home. Jhailyn makes this place go from 3 stars to 5. Thank you Autumn Lakes!

The staff has always been very helpful and very polite. They have been concerned about my well being. The therapy staff was great as well. Katie was wonderful and helped me with so many things. She would always take the time to talk with me every day and get me anything I needed. She has been amazing throughout my stay. There was even an aid who bought an outfit for me for Christmas. Autumn lake at Linwood I would highly recommend!

I have been ar Autumn Lake at Linwoid twice. Stanley and Pedro are a great help to me. Katie has been with me through both of my stays. I can't even name the number of things she has done for me. She has so much integrity and follow through with every request I have. I wouldn't have gotten through rehab without her. She is so helpful and the best person!

The care at Autumn Lake at Linwood is very good! The staff works well together to take care of everyone. Pedro, Nia, and Stanley are so happy care for me and we always laugh and have fun together. They will always go out of their way to cater to my needs. Katie the director of hospitality always helps me. When I hear her coming down the hall I know it’s going to be a good day because she is always willing to help me. I was in the hospital last month and she came to visit me. I told her I needed clothing to return back to rehab and she went back and got me everything I needed. That is just one instant but she helps me everyday. She is more than a helper, she is my friend.
