New Perspective Franklin is in a fantastic location, with the Milwaukee Milkmen Ballpark and Topgolf just across the street, making it easy for residents and families to enjoy fun outings together. The community itself is active, vibrant, and welcoming. Their activities program is exceptional, creating meaningful opportunities for connection, engagement, and joy every day. A wonderful community where seniors can truly thrive.

Our mom moved in 2 months ago. Her experience so far has been amazing. Before her move she was alone for much of the day but now with the socialization and stimulation of daily activities and interaction she is brighter and happier. The caregivers have only been warm, attentive, and professional. The buildings are well-maintained and beautiful. There are plenty of places for family and friends to gather with their loved ones when visiting - even places to reserve larger gatherings when necessary. If you are looking for senior living, it is worth your time to tour New Perspective in Franklin and consider moving there.

My father has been a Memory Care resident at New Perspective for 2.5 years. The staff, from management to caregiver, has been friendly and caring. The nursing staff is always available to attend to my father’s medical needs or just answer questions. Management is always interested in feedback so that they can improve the resident and family experience. My family has become friends with all of the caregivers. We are grateful for the excellent care our father has been receiving.

My mother in law was in memory care at NP Franklin. The activities staff were absolutely amazing, they engaged her in many activities and trips during her time there and we feel that kept her active for as long as possible. She ran out of money July 2024, despite our best efforts to get her on community care, they continued to send the family collection notices, we were forced to pay $11,000 per month until cc kicked in. We asked NP to write off the remaining balance after she passed away, which they agreed to do. After a court hearing to get her cc backdated, which was successful, we asked for the money we paid returned and NP rescinded their decision and reduced that from the amount they owed us.<br>After she paid $314,000+ dollars, they needed more. Also, the day she passed away we were told we would be charged $400 per day if we didn’t move her things out of the room, they did not allow our family anytime to grieve, we had to move her things out the same day she died.

My brother has been at New Perspective for 2 months. He couldn't be happier. He has made new friends, the staff is caring and compassionate and he loves the food. Thank you for keeping him safe and easing my mind.
