My husband and I enjoyed the tour. Everyone we ran into seemed happy and calm, that includes the staff. Very clean and easy to get around. The menus look even better than I've seen at a restaurant.

Our family will always be grateful for the care my parents received at Franklin Place Memory Care. From day one, the staff treated them with genuine compassion, dignity, and kindness, giving us peace of mind during a difficult time.<br><br>A special thank you to Tiffany, the Activities Director, who truly went above and beyond. Her creativity, energy, and genuine love for the residents made such a positive impact. The activities were engaging, meaningful, and brought so much joy to my parents and everyone around them.<br><br>Thank you to Tiffany and the entire Franklin Place team for making our parents feel so loved and cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend Franklin Place to any family looking for exceptional memory care.

Our good friends went to Franklin Memory Care. Within a week and a half, my friend’s diamond wedding rings, cell phone, and credit cards were stolen. Unbelievable. The care was way below the standard of care outlined in the State of Wisconsin Memory Care Standards. I witnessed staff verbal aggression and neglect. The administrator was not helpful.
